PROOF OF CONCEPT
It all originate with a thought that a product for such-&-such needs are required and can be developed. Start with a CONCEPT
1. Concept Analysis
2. Representation of concept with different functional modules
3. Define Target Product Specification that we need achieve.
4. Prepare block diagrams and circuit design on paper.
5. Prototyping , Testing and Revisions
6. Construction of 3nos proof-of-concept prototype and handover to customer for evaluation and approval.
Upon feedback from customer on Evaluation results, we prepare another 3 sets of prototypes for final testing and approval.

FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER
Upon successful testing, approval and acceptance from customer, we will go in for pilot production of required and agreed quantities for customer. This phase involves.

Final Product Specification document. This will include External Product Documents and Internal Product Documents.

Prepare Approved List of Vendors and establish key contact at vendor location for the material procurement.

Assembly, Testing of Electronic PCBs, Cable/Wire Harnesses and Integrate with mechanical components to make a final product.

Assembly and Test Procedures are documented, step-by-step. This enables us to train our customers personnel and documents for customers use.

We, if required by customer will, draft and conduct a specific training session to train customers personnel’s. This is optional.

PILOT PRODUCTION
​Additionally - We offer depot repair service at agreed terms to customer for estimated product life. Often customers stock spares at their cost and risk to cover repairs under warranty period. End-Customers can also buy spares, upon approval note from our (OEM) customer
